We invited SunTex Roofing to come out to our home for a second opinion on whether we needed to replace our roof after a minor hailstorm and being told that we needed to replace it by another company. Turns out that while we do need some maintenance on our roof, we don’t need a full replacement and definitely don’t need to file an insurance claim. Leanne and Danny not only gave us a thorough overview of the maintenance that we need, but they also explained an underlying cause that has to do with the venting in our attic causing nails to expand so much that they are popping through the shingles… and all of the other issues that come along with that cause like trying to cool our house in the Texas summer time (which is a challenge). We are so grateful for the honest and very helpful report that they gave to us and look forward to working with them on the maintenance we need. The other day I had James Rose from SunTex do a courtesy inspection of our roof they replaced a little over a year ago. Mr. Rose was professional and knowledgeable when discussing how the drone inspection reveals no flaws or damage to the roof. I would definitely recommend SunTex to anyone look to have roof work done.

SunTex did an awesome job on our new roof, sky light replacements, and vent re-work. Excellent experience! Danny, Ally, and the whole crew were friendly, efficient, and great with communication. They even came out on a Saturday morning to do a re-sweep with a magnet to pick up any stray nails that were hidden during the inital clean up process. They handled 99% of the insurance process and made this as smooth as can be. Very impressed and will recommend to anyone in the market for a new roof!

James Rose contacted me to do an inspection on a roof that Suntex did last year. He was extremely professional on the phone. He showed up early and explained everything to me. After the inspection, he discussed what he found and returned later to fix the small issue. He gave me his card and thank me for my business. How I have pictures of the way my roof looks now, just in case we get anymore storms this year. James was professional, kind and very informative!
